About the Role TOT Transport is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy as we grow across Australia's logistics and transportation sector. You will drive the adoption of AI tools and agentic development practices to modernise how we move freight and serve our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions will shape the future of our operations. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute TOT Transport's technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals. - Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered tools and agentic development frameworks across the organisation. - Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and technology team. - Partner with operations, logistics, and commercial leaders to identify technology opportunities. - Oversee architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and reliable systems. - Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and procurement processes. - Champion data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance practices. - Stay across emerging trends in logistics technology and bring relevant innovations to the team. Requirements - Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within logistics, transportation, or a related industry. - Hands-on knowledge of AI tools, large language models, and agentic or autonomous system development. - Strong track record of delivering technology transformation at scale. - Experience building and leading cross-functional engineering teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and modern software delivery practices.
